About

Cyrus Brodsky is a photographer, athlete, student, and musician based in Portland, Oregon. Currently enrolled in the International Baccalaureate program at Lincoln High School, he balances a busy academic schedule with an active life outside the classroom, whether that's in the mountains, on the field, or behind a camera.

His photographic work is rooted in sports, capturing action across lacrosse, basketball, baseball, football, soccer, track & field, and more. He's also expanded into portraiture and landscapes, bringing the same eye for detail across different subjects. Alongside his photography, Cyrus is involved with Vermilion Films Inc, an Oscar-nominated, Emmy-winning documentary production company based in Portland, where he's worked as a production assistant alongside professional cinematographers and directors in the field.

Outside of the camera, Cyrus is a member of Post 58, Portland's student-led mountaineering organization, and spends time in the backcountry skiing, hiking, and exploring the Pacific Northwest.
